Private Studio Use Request

Hello, there! 👋 Swell is delighted to support local wellness professionals by offering our space to leaders in the holistic health field. We are proud to partner with facilitators who create offerings that support our community's study and growth. Please answer the questions below as thoroughly as possible to help us learn about your space needs and see if we're a good fit!

By submitting your request, you agree to the details below.

Rate: Main Studio rentals cost $65/hr. Full payment is required up front. Space, time, and date are not secured until we receive your payment.

Requirements:

Guests agree to include at least 1 additional hour (30min before, 30min after) for setup and cleanup.
Guests agree to execute opening and closing procedures appropriately for the space. (Main Studio)
Guests agree that they will be charged an additional fee if windows are left open, props or mirrors are damaged, or the space is not properly cleaned in time for the next offering.

Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately, cancellations are not eligible for refunds. We get it, things happen! Pending circumstances and space availability, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your event within 8 weeks at no additional cost.
