    A DEED NUMBER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT FORMS..
  • Things you should know:

    Member Contact Information: Deeds are permitted no more than 4 grantees.. All deed owners must be at least 21 years of age and provide a valid current drivers license at the time of filling out this form.

    Membership Invoice: This document will be emailed to you within 48 hours as an invoice once you've submitted all information.

    Membership Buy In: If assuming a deed from MVOA, this fee will be calculated in your expected invoice.

    Deed Recording Fee: There is a $75 deed recording fee for document processing with the Crawford County recorders office. The transfer fee will be calculated in your expected invoice.

    Storage: If utilizing storage, this fee will be calculated in your expected invoice. An annual storage agreement must be submitted if storage will be utilized.

    Members rate: $225yr. / Public rate: $600yr. 

     

    Non-Occupancy Agreement: This document requires an e-signature. It certifies that you do not intend to reside at Meramec Valley Campground as stated in the MVOA Rules & Policies.

    Usage: Members in good standing receive 45 free nights of usage per deed, per calendar year. If a member exceeds 45 nights, they will be charged $7.00 per night. If applicable, usage fees are due at the end of each month.

    ALL PERMANENT SITE OWNERS: Site Lease Agreement: Only for exclusive site leases. This document will be emailed to you for printing and getting notarized. 

    New owners have the option to take the documents to a notary for completion OR have them notarized at the Meramec Valley Campground office (by appointment only). If you acquire membership during the off season, it is recommended to take them to a notary and mail (or drop off) the completed original to the office.

    ALL DEED OWNERS TO BE LISTED ON THE MEMBERSHIP WARRANTY DEED MUST BE PRESENT & SIGN DOCUMENTS IN THE PRESENCE OF A NOTARY.

    All documents must be notarized in black or blue ball point ink.

     

    NOTICE: This document is an APPLICATION for a membership which is equal to acquiring partial ownership at Meramec Valley Campground & RV Park / Meramec Valley Owners Association.

    Your documents will be reviewed by the finance department and Board Of Directors once submitted. 

    The Board of Directors have the authority to decline an application for membership with or without cause.

    Applicants will be notified of the approval or denial of membership once all documents are submitted.

     

     

     

  • We need details!

    A deed number is required to move forward with this form. You should receive a deed number from Sales, the Deed Processor, Office or Secretary.
  • Gate Cards: New members receive one gate card per deed. Additional gate cards are available for purchase. Gate cards are assigned to the primary deed owner. 

    1st card = $0.00, 2nd card = $5.00, 3rd card and up = $10.00 each

    If you are receiving gate cards from a transferring member, please bring all cards to the office for name reassignment.

  • You have opted to use the storage facility located at Meramec Valley Campground. 

    A storage agreement must be submitted upon completion. 

    The agreement is located on the Meramec Valley Campground Website.

     

  • Notice Regarding Campsite Purchase from Member:

    Please be advised that MVOA (Meramec Valley Owners Association) is not responsible for the provision, condition, maintenance, or functionality of water, electric, or sewer services on the existing campsite being considered for purchase.

    The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the campsite is being sold “as is,” with no warranties or guarantees of any kind from MVOA regarding the current state, condition, or availability of utilities or any other feature of the property.

    MVOA does not assume any liability or responsibility for any issues, defects, or costs associated with the campsite, including but not limited to water, electric, and sewer connections.

    We strongly encourage the buyer to communicate directly with the selling member to obtain all relevant details and perform their own due diligence prior to finalizing any purchase.

    By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer confirms their understanding and acceptance of the terms above.

  • I,   *   *   (primary deed owner) on the date of   Pick a Date*   , have been made clearly aware that the membership with Meramec Valley Campground is for recreational purposes only and not to be used as a permanent dwelling or residence.

    As per the Meramec Valley Owners Association Rules & Policies:
    I am permitted to stay at Meramec Valley Campground located at 1360 Hwy UU, in Cuba, MO for 45 nights each calendar year for no additional fee. Once I have utilized my free 45 nights in the calendar year, I will incur a $7.00 usage fee for each night I stay at Meramec Valley Campground.

    During the off-season (November 1st through March 31st), I am permitted to stay at Meramec Valley Campground located at 1360 Hwy UU, in Cuba, MO for a total of 45 nights. I will not continue to stay at the campground past 45 nights without board approval. To obtain board approval, I will submit an Off Season Long Term Stay Request Form. I am aware that my submission may not be approved based on the criteria listed in the MVOA Rules & Policies.

    All deed owners named on my membership warranty deed have knowledge of the Non-Occupancy Agreement and agree to the above.

  • Be sure to check your enteries for accuracy. 

     

    Once you submit this form:

    1) You will receive a "THANK YOU" page with a link to the Membership Financial Agreement. 

    2) The Membership Financial Agreement must be e-signed by all listed deed members and then submitted online.

    3) If purchasing a site from MVOA, you will be directed to the Site Lease Agreement prior to the Membership Financial Agreement. BOTH forms require signatures from ALL deed owners before submitting online.

     

    Notary:

    4) Locate the NOTARY attachment in the confirmation email you receive after submitting this form.

    5) PRINT the notary attachments to have notarized with ALL deed owners present.

     

    Invoicing:

    6) An invoice will be emailed to the primary deed owner. If applicable, the invoice will show any fees that are due at the time of becoming a member. Payment is due per the terms of the invoice.

     

    Deeds:

    Deeds are generated at MVOA. Our deed processor will contact the primary deed member with more information.

     

    New Members:

    New members should obtain pool wristbands and gate cards from the office (if not receiving from a transferring member).
