Application Process

Your interest in Caritas is sincerely appreciated. We invite you to complete the following application. Upon review of your application, an interview will be scheduled if it is determined that you are a qualified candidate for the position. Additionally, candidates may be asked to observe at least one full school day. Caritas uses a Christian and classical methodology to nurture students’ appreciation for truth, goodness, and beauty in the pursuit of excellence. We are grateful for teachers who guide our students to live purposefully, compassionately, and intelligently in the service of God and man. By the pattern of their lives in and out of the classroom, our teachers and staff exemplify Christ, understand and love children, and are professionally and experientially suited to such a ministry.
Caritas Vision Statement
