Horizons 2023: Faculty of Excellence Awards Nomination Form

Awardees are selected for Excellence in one of four categories: Innovation, Service, Teaching, and Lifetime Achievement. Faculty are eligible to be nominated by a peer or self-nominated and nomination is open to any faculty or instructor working in games, regardless of whether their school participate in Horizons.

Deadline to submit is October 21st

Awardees are selected by the Horizons Executive Committee after careful consideration of each nominee. Winners will be presented as part of IndieCade Festival 2024 in November.

Submissions to this form are confidential and will not be shared with the general public. You may complete the form once for each candidate you'd like to nominate.
