Additionally, if you do not currently have an entry on the website but would like an entry, simply complete the Website Entry Form, attach same to this annual renewal form and a page will be formulated on your behalf. Alternatively, please complete the website form and email it to info@organictrust.ie together with any photograph or logo which you wish to include. This is a unique marketing opportunity for your company and is a service provided free of charge by the Organic Trust CLG.

Note: Organic Turnover/Gross Profit Value = Gross (€) value of sales above minus the total (€) value of bought-in certified organic ingredients/products as specified in the total to Bought In Organic Ingredients/Products.

The organic certificate that will be issued in 2025, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 requires an estimated quantity of in-conversion & organic products you will have available in the 2025 calendar year. If the estimated quantity of products for 2025 will be similar/ equal to the quantity of products sold in 2024 , please tick below. Otherwise, please complete the table below. Alternatively you can upload an Excel Sheet containing your 2025 Estimates.

I/we certify that to the best of my/our knowledge, the information given in this Annual Renewal Form is accurate and complete, and that such information will form the basis of the contract between me/us and the Organic Trust CLG.

 

Undertaking

I/we confirm that I/we agree to carry out our operations in accordance with the requirements of the prevailing organic regulations, and I/we agree to submit the said operations to inspections and spot checks by officials of the Department of Agriculture, Food & The Marine, DEFRA (NICA for Nothern Ireland), INAB, UKAS, EU Commission and the Organic Trust CLG.
