  • I have read Noble’s HR Procedure #9.2: Employee Email and Internet Usage.

    I recognize and understand Noble’s internet and email systems are provided as communication tools for conducting Noble business and that all messages, files and traffic are subject to monitoring by Noble.


    As an employee, I understand that this policy applies to me, and I agree to follow all provisions of the policy. I further understand that my communications via email and the internet reflect upon Noble, and agree to abide by the standards set forth in this policy for the duration of my employment with Noble.


    I am aware that violations of Noble’s policies applicable to email and internet usage may subject me to disciplinary actions, up to and including discharge from employment.


    I also understand that Noble may amend this policy at any time.

  • Employee Acknowledgment of IT Procedure # 30 Employee Responsibility for Damage, Loss, or Destruction of Company Property

    I acknowledge that I have received and read the Information Technology Procedure # 30 Employee Responsibility for Damage, Loss, or Destruction of Company Property. I understand that this procedure applies to all employees, contractors, interns, and volunteers of Noble who are issued company-owned property or equipment. 

    I understand and agree to the following:

    • I am responsible for using all Noble-issued property and equipment solely for authorized business purposes and for maintaining it in good working condition.
    • I will take reasonable care to prevent damage, theft, or loss of company property.
    • I will immediately report any loss, theft, or damage to my supervisor and IT/Operations in accordance with the procedures outlined in this procedure.
    • I understand that I may be held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs if equipment is lost, stolen, damaged through negligence or misuse, or not returned upon separation of employment.
    • I understand that Noble may deduct replacement or repair costs from my final pay, seek reimbursement through other means, or take civil or criminal action if necessary.
    • I agree to return all company property issued to me upon termination of employment, reassignment, or when it is no longer required for my position.
    • I acknowledge that failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

    By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the terms and responsibilities outlined in this procedure.
