Virginia Tax Credit Scholarship Verification
In order to apply for participation in the Virginia Tax Credit Scholarship, please complete the following information. Families who qualified the previous year will qualify again as long as they have not exceeded income limits. This form must be completed separately for each student. Applications are due prior by July 15th and the must be evaluated prior to the Financial Agreement meeting. Applications received after July 15th may qualify, but may not receive funding due to awards already given.
