Copper Country Stall Reservation

Reservation deadline: December 15th, 2024
Stalls/tack rooms MUST BE PREPAID when reserved. Make checks payable to APHC.
• Incomplete or late forms WILL NOT be processed. Stalls MAY NOT be reserved without payment.
• Please complete and Submit online, or Print Form and mail or email as indicated at the bottom of the form.

** RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED **

• Stall refunds: 50% for cancelation made within 24 hours prior to beginning of show. 100% with certified veterinary letter of reason for cancelation.

$25 Late fee per stall will apply to all stall/tack room reservations received after 12:00 midnight December 15th, 2024.

Move in is 8:00 AM December 27th 2024. Earlier arrival than December 27th 8:00 am may be accomodated with pre-authorization only.

In order to calculate your stall payment you must enter the number of stalls you are reserving for the corresponding number of nights.

Example: If you need 2 stalls for 3 nights and 4 stalls for 6 nights,
