This is an informational session for the Home Health Agencies looking to enroll with CT Medicaid as a COPE provider. Individual and Group Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) are welcome to join.
COPE(Care of Older People in their Environment) is Drexel's evidence-based program for people with dementia, designed to maintain and improve members’ quality of life and help their family caregivers better manage daily care challenges. A set of home sessions are conducted by nurses and occupational therapists trained in the COPE program.
For providers who enroll with CT Medicaid, initial certification/Training fees for COPE will be covered under ARP 9817.
