  • VENDOR NOTE:

    Applications are accepted through August 20, 2024 or until spaces are filled. We will send out approval notices to those that have been accepted by June 30th. Limited availability! Past attendance does NOT guarantee an acceptance for 2024. We reserve the right to refuse any application. The vendor fee is $350 and does include one conference ticket.

  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media event page and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
  • Booth Specifics:

    6' tables will be set up for vendors, and each table will have one chair. If you need another chair, please let us know when you are setting up. There will not be power available to use for your booth. You will be responsible for bringing a table covering and any items that you'd like to display. No open flames allowed.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    In the event that a vendor needs to cancel, fees will be refunded in FULL if notification is received before July 31. A cancellation received between August 1-15 will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after August 15.
