SIC codes (Standard Industry Classifications code) are used by Companies House, banks, and lenders to identify what your company’s activities are. They are not legally binding and can be quite vague. If you cannot find an exact code, we would look at any codes that end with n.e.c (not elsewhere classified).

You can have between 1 and 4 SIC codes.

All company directors, shareholders who are with significant control (PSC), and company secretaries, must provide a service address where statutory mail from government bodies such as Companies House and HMRC can be sent to them personally. This address will appear on public record, so most people prefer not to use their home address for this purpose.

Your package provides a service address for 1 person and is included in your standard package, however if you require to add this service to an additional company director, shareholder or secretary, you can add them for an additional fee of £45 for each person for an existing year.

This service is renewable as an addition to our standard annual renewals package.
Notice will always be given in advance of your renewal date and you will be able to cancel the service.

Please note: The forwarding of official government mail by scan and email is free. Mail will be forwarded on a daily basis.

SHARES / how much you are liable for the company:

*You can issue as many shares as you like when forming the company, or after the company has been set up. Many people choose to put a round number, such as 1, 10 or 100, so it is easy to work out the percentages of ownership. For example, if the company has 100 shares and you own all 100 shares, you will have 100% ownership. If you own 90 shares and someone else owns 10 shares, you will own 90% of the company. You must also choose a price per share. It is common to choose, £1, £0.10, or £0.01 per share.

If there is mail that cannot be scanned (i.e. bank card, cheque, etc.), or if you choose to stay on the postal Business Address service, it will be forwarded to your residential address. If you would like it forwarded to an alternative address, please provide it below:

We offer FREE business bank account referrals for our customers, depending on location.

Please note: Not every referral will be available, as they are offered based on SIC codes that the banks have decided they’d like to work with, so your first choice may not always be available, so make sure to have a backup.
