Athletes in Action is happy to organize the Homeschool Ski Days at Castle Mountain Ski Resort. Please read the information and submit your student's registration through this form. You will receive a confirmation email from Jotform once you have completed this. 

There is a price list located at the end of this form to calculate what your family owes. Please transfer to the email indicated. We will process the registration and contact you if we have missing information. A final email will be sent out 1 week before the first ski day. 

Deadline for registration - December 29th. 

You can sign up for as few or as many as you want. We must have 15 children to run the lesson for that day, so if we do not get enough, that day could be canceled.

DAYS OFFERED:

• Monday, January 8 - FULL DAY lesson
• Wednesday, January 17- Morning Lesson  -- CANCELLED
• Monday, January 22- FULL DAY lesson- No longer available for registration. 
• Monday, January 29- Morning lesson
• Monday, February 5th, Morning Lesson

Price: Price is by day, and lesson time is assigned for that day. 

$59 for FULL Day lessons

Full-day lessons will be from 9:30-11:30 and 12:30-3:00, leaving 1.5 hours to ski after with their chaperone, if desired.

 $39 for Morning only lessons 

Morning lessons run from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. Students are free to ski with their chaperone adult afterward. Please note that the instructor of the lesson has the right to limit which lift the child can go on. This is for their safety and out of my control.

Kids under 5 years old will be in a lesson with a 3:1 ratio. If you have an experienced 5 yo, please indicate it on the form.

Chaperone Prices: To receive these prices, students must be enrolled in lessons.
$59/chaperone. Several chaperones will receive a complimentary lift ticket that is dependent on enrollment. Chaperones are asked to join a group and ski with the lesson. 

NEEDED- Each January lesson day requires ONE point of CONTACT CHAPERONE to stay in the LODGE. This chaperone will help if a student needs to come in and warm up. If needed, they would contact Sonya to help find a parent.  The lesson fee would be waived for one student if you can fulfill this role.  Please email Sonya separately if this interests you. 

Lift Tickets (if students do not have a pass): $15/student,

Rentals (if required): $26/student, $30/chaperone

BY SIGNING UP your children, you agree that you will have a responsible adult watching your child(ren) after lessons. 

All activities at Castle Mountain Resort are at your own risk.  The terrain park is OFF LIMITS to students participating in the homeschool ski days. 

I have read the above Alpine Responsibility Code and will ensure the responsible chaperone and student are aware of this code.

Instructors at Castle have the right to limit student's lift pass based on skill level. I understand that this is done for the safety of the student and will be abided by.  

If a student is unable to listen to an instructor's guidance and putting other students at risk, the instructor has a right to have that student sit out of lessons for a time. 

Refunds will be given if we meet the 15-student minimum/lesson day. 

RENTALS:  If purchasing rentals, the undersigned agrees to accept full responsibility for the care of this equipment while in their position.  He/she agrees to reimburse the resort for any loss or damage to the equipment other than reasonable wear resulting in proper use. 

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk - I understand that sporting activity is inherently dangerous and may result in injury to my child(ren). I am aware that sporting activity often requires participants to come into close contact with each other, raising the risk of transmission of communicable infections. I understand the risk of injury from participating in sporting activity is significant, including the potential for serious bodily injury and viral, bacterial or fungal infection. It is entirely my choice to allow my child(ren) to take part in this activity; and I,
therefore, accept and assume responsibility for any possible risk to my child(ren) posed by participating in this sporting activity.

Release and Waiver of Liability - I, (parent/guardian) hereby acknowledge and forever discharge Power to Change Ministries, dba, Athletes in Action, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and insurers as well as their successors and assigns, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, and/or actions for damages (including legal costs), brought by myself, my child(ren) or on behalf of my child(ren), arising in any way from participation by my child(ren) in the sporting activities related to this registration, including the administration of emergency medical care. This release includes, inter alia, damages for personal injury including infection,
property damage and wrongful death and shall be binding on my heirs.

I, ___________________________________________, (parent/guardian) have read, understood and agree with the above and hereby release and discharge all parties associated with Athletes in Action from any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, that I/we or my/our child(ren) incur(s).
