We will be sailing as an all under 30 Crew and wish to race under S1 A20
competitors wishing to enter in Green, Red or Blue Fleets with an entire crew made up of individuals aged 30 or under on the 1st of April will receive a 25% Discount and will be eligible for age related prizes
We will be sailing in the Tuesday Night Women on the Water Series in addition to the normal Tuesday Evening Series.
Boats which on a Tuesday evening have a minimum female complement of 50% with a female helm are eligible to enter this series. *NB should a boat entered in this series have insufficient Female crew on any evening they can still race in the normal series but shall radio the Hut and ask not to be scored in WOW.

Declaration and Main Terms and Conditions
1. I/We accept the Club regulations and agree to sail according to the Sailing Instructions 2. My/our boat is adequately covered by third-party insurance for DBSC races. (Minimum €3 Million). 3. I/We shall comply with the Class Safety Equipment rules to be established by the class. 4. My/Our boat will be available for inspection by the Class Safety Officer. 5. Competitors sail entirely at their own risk. Dublin Bay Sailing Club Ltd., its race officers, committee and organisers shall not be liable in the event of any claim for accident or mishap. 6. If my/our boat experiences damage or rig failure, early or late in the racing series, which prevents me/us from continuing the racing series, DBSC is not required to grant a refund of boat entry fee. Refund of Membership under Memorandum and Articles of the Club is not permitted. 7. It is the sole responsibility of each helmsman/owner to decide whether to sail or not in every case.

Rule 46 States: PERSON IN CHARGE to be eligible to compete in any event run by an organisation affiliated to Irish Sailing, the designated Person in Charge shall : i) Be an Irish Sailing Personal Member, a member of an Irish Sailing affiliated Category 1 Club or an equivalent club in Northern Ireland OR ii) When the designated Person in Charge is not ordinarily a resident within the jurisdiction of Irish Sailing, the competitor shall comply with the requirements of the National Authority of the country of which he is a national or ordinarily a resident
