We take extra care to ensure that our houses, your home, are in top condition. We would not rent a home that we would not live in ourselves. Our expectations are that our renters have high values for themselves and their home, taking pride in having a well cared for home to live in. Below are a few of our basic expectations.
Expectations of the renter:
1. Pays rent on time.
2. Open communication. If there's a problem with payment or with the home itself, they notify the property manager asap. We will then have our maintenance team or another qualified professional handle the issue. Light bulb changing, furnace filter changing, or the like however, is the responsibility of the tenant.
3. Take pride in taking care of their home. We obviously appreciate this, but expect that a tenant takes pride in the keeping of their home.
Expectations of landlord:
1. Prompt response (following prompt communication) should there be any issues in the home.
2. Keep the home properly maintained.
3. Open communication and available should there be an emergency.
