Monday Night Warhammer at The Bearded Dragon

Pirate Party takes over Monday nights at The Bearded Dragon. If you play One Piece, this is your weekly spot to battle, test new builds, and level up your game in a fun, laid back environment.

Every player gets a booster pack with entry. After round one pairings, we shift into open casual play so you can run it back, try new matchups, and keep the games going all night.

Got a rogue pick? Anyone who signs up with an off meta leader earns an extra booster pack at registration. Bring the spice and get rewarded for it.

From February 17th through March 3rd, Tuesday Lorcana at The Bearded Dragon becomes Winterspell Booster Draft.

Booster Draft is a fast paced limited format where 4 to 8 players each receive 4 booster packs. Players open one pack at a time, select one card, and pass the rest, drafting a pool of 48 cards to build a 40 card deck. Unlike constructed play, there are no ink color restrictions. You may use all six inks and can include more than four copies of a card.

Deck Rentals
We will have eight popular, tournament ready Standard decks available each week. These lists are built from recent top finishes and are sleeved up and ready to compete.

The rental cost is simply the purchase of $15 in store credit, which you can spend immediately or save for the future. Decks are available on a first come, first served basis.

We will hold a valid ID during the event. Decks must be returned in good condition, no riffle shuffling, and sorted so we can quickly confirm all cards are accounted for.

To cancel your reservation for high-demand premium weekend events, please contact the store at least 24 hours before the event starts. You can reach us via phone, email, Facebook Messenger, or the contact form on our website.

Please note that cancellations will incur a 5% fee, as the credit card and PayPal fees are not refundable.

Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will be issued as store credit only.

If you would like to use store credit for payment, please pay the full amount via PayPal to reserve your spot. On the day of the event, see an associate to receive your PayPal refund and debit your store credit account.

As tradition continues, the Friday before a new Magic prerelease means one thing at The Bearded Dragon: Chaos Draft night. Get ready for an unpredictable and exciting evening of drafting, combos, and creative deckbuilding.

What is a Chaos Draft?
Each draft pod will feature 24 unique booster packs pulled from Magic’s recent history, with no duplicates in any single pod. Players will draft across multiple sets, blend strategies, and build one of a kind decks full of wild interactions and surprises.

Celebrate the release of Extra Booster with us at The Bearded Dragon as we bring back a fan favorite way to play with friends. Team Trios is back for a Friday night of relaxed, team based fun. Grab two teammates, build your decks, and enjoy a laid back competitive event designed to be social, strategic, and fun for everyone.

Format: Constructed Team Trios with Swiss rounds based on attendance

Prize payouts are based on 16 teams and will scale up or down based on final attendance.

We will be running either 3 or 4 Swiss rounds depending on turnout. There is no top cut and prizes are paid out based on final Swiss standings.

Team Trios Rules

Decks
Each team has three players and each player must use a different leader. Other than that there are no team wide card restrictions. For example your team could play up to 12 copies of the same non leader card across all three decks.

Communication
You are allowed to talk with your teammates during matches and discuss plays and lines. Please keep things moving since slow play warnings and penalties still apply. Communication is only allowed with teammates who are seated. Please do not move chairs around. If you leave your seat for any reason you will need to wait until you are seated again to talk with your team.

Seating
At check in teams will assign who sits in the A B and C seats. You will stay in that seat for the entire event. Player A plays Player A Player B plays Player B and so on.

Match Wins
Your team wins the round if you win at least two of the three matches.

Decklists
Decklists are not required.

Registration
This event is hard capped at 16 teams so preregistration is strongly recommended and is the only way to guarantee your spot. Registration is not available through the Bandai TCG plus app and must be done on our website.

One player will register for the team online. The other two teammates will be added on the day of the event. At least one player on each team needs a Bandai account.

Pauper enthusiasts, rejoice! The Bearded Dragon is excited to announce another special Pauper event. We’re hosting a Pauper FNM with boosted prize support, celebrating this fun, community-driven format where players compete using only commons but still enjoy plenty of style and strategy.
