By entering this giveaway you agree to receive emails from Bird & Knoll, Among Equals, QED Skincare & THEANIMALS™.
1. Eligibility: The partnered giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals aged 18 years and older at the time of entry. The Giveaway is open to all unless prohibited by local law. Employees of the partnering brands, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully bound by these Rules, confirming that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of the partnering brands as final and binding. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. Giveaway Period: Giveaway starts on 6 December 2023 and ends 16 December 2023 11.59PM AEDT.
4. How to Enter: Fill out your details in the form above. Only one entry per person is allowed, and fraudulent methods may result in disqualification.
5. Prizes: The retail value of the prize is $1200. Winning is not guaranteed, and the actual value may differ at the time of award. Winners are responsible for any related expenses, including taxes. Acceptance of the prize grants permission for the partnering brands to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade purposes.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected randomly under the Sponsor's supervision. Notification will be sent via email within five (5) days of selection. The Sponsor is not liable for communication issues, and unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
8. Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant the partnering brands the right to use your entry and related information for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. Terms: The partnering brands reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances. Disqualification may occur for tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms & Conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability: Participants release the partnering brands from liability for any issues arising from participation, including illness, injury, or technical failures.
