Our show will take place APRIL 10/11th at The Eagles Hall in Campbell River.

We will also have a full dress rehearsal on

APRIL 9th from 5pm to aproximately 11 pm.

To be considered you MUST submit a video. Remember, we are looking for WORK/JOB themed acts.

The Beginner Burlesquers' Video-
The video of your act must be a full routine. Please send a youtube link and be sure it is NOT set to private. We DO NOT require you to construct and fully rhinestone a costume before being accepted. Please use what you have for now. We can use our imagination! Fine details and choreography do not need to be fully developed at time of audition, that is what the rehersal time is for. At this time we are looking for concept and potential. (If you are submitting multiple acts, be sure to fill out one form per act. )

*We have devoted 1-2 spots per show for novice burlesque performers for our 2025 season.*

Please note: Due to stage restrictions we are unable to accomodate large/heavy props, liquid or loose glitter.

• Rehearsals happen weekly for 9 weeks leading up to the show. You’ll need to commit to at least one rehearsal a week — no exceptions.
• Mandatory group activities (like promo events and community appearances) are part of being in the troupe.
• You’ll be expected to sign and follow our Code of Conduct and Waiver of Liability if accepted.
• Important: Even if your act is approved, it’s not guaranteed to make it to the stage. If a routine isn’t rehearsed enough or isn’t show-ready, it can be pulled — period.

I understand that RiderDie Burlesque is a collaborative troupe and all members are expected to contribute to promotion, ticket sales, backstage support, and community presence.

I will read and agree to the Code of Conduct and Waiver of Liability prior to joining.

I understand that approval of a routine does not guarantee performance. The Artistic Director reserves the right to pull any act or performer from the lineup at any time prior to opening night if rehearsal standards are not met or the routine is not considered stage-ready.
