("artist/entertainer") for the event described. The artist agrees to so perform according to the terms and conditions listed.I ("purchaser/promoter") agree to adhere to the time allotted on this form for the event. In the event that the event does not start at the time allotted, the ("artist/entertainer") is not required to perform beyond the time allotted, unless subject to agreement of additional fee.
