    Responsibilities

    • Perform preventative maintenance
    • Troubleshoot and repair equipment
    • Perform maintenance of electrical systems
    • Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
    • Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
    • Perform manual repairs when necessary
  • Painter 


    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle on daily basis
    • Experience in spray equipment is beneficial, but not required

    Responsibilities

    • Paint the interiors and exteriors of apartment homes
    • Proper caulking and painting preparations
    • Touch-up windows and doors
    • Drywall repairs from nail holes up to a full sheet
     
  • Groundskeeper 

    Qualifications

    Responsibilities

    • Perform general landscaping and gardening to maintain the site.
    • Maintain lawns, trees, flowers, and shrubs.
    • Keep grounds free from trash, litter, and debris.
    • Ensure that grounds are visually and operationally pleasant at all times.
    • Potential for snow and ice removal from sidewalks.
    • Conduct daily lawn care activities, including watering, raking, and blowing leaves.
    • Follow safety guidelines for the operation of equipment and chemicals.
     
  • Front Desk Coordinator

    • Accept security deposits and rental payments
    • Write up and complete lease paperwork
    • Assist Goldleaf management team with other various tasks as required
