Importing data from Eventbrite and print releases
If this opens in a tab in Chrome, click "Download" in the top right corner and open the downloaded file with Excel.
In Eventbrite, go to “Manage Events” from your drop-down menu, then select the event you wish to export attendees from.
Click on the “Manage” tab.
On the left nav bar, under the heading“Analyze”, Click on “Event Reports”
Click on “EXCEL” under “Export” in the“Attendee Summary” section.
The report will download to your downloads folder on your computer.
Open it with Excel.
Highlight the contents of the First and Last Name columns, starting at cell C3 (do not include the header row!).
Copy the highlighted selection (Ctrl C).
Select the “Data Entry” tab in this document and select cell A2 and paste the data (Ctrl V).
If Passengers do not have a separate"passenger" ticket, locate on your report the passenger name columns and copy and paste them into the Data Entry name columns below the previously copied names.Note that for most events, passengers have their own ticket and this step will not be necessary.
On the Data Entry tab, enter the name of the event and its start and end dates. If the event is only one day, leave end date blank.
Ifavailable, enter the address of the witness.
Note: Only 96 names can be input per file
Sort the data by clicking the down arrow next to “Last Name” and selecting “Sort A to Z”.
Click on the “Release” tab and note how many pages have names.
Click File>Print.
Specify the start page (1) and end page determined in the last step.
Click Print.
