I have read the disclaimer on the website in its full entirety as well as additional information for my own information. I have done my due diligence entirely in regards to energy healing.
I understand very clearly that these treatments are not intended as a substitute for medical or psychological care. I understand that Alicia Ochoa and any other practitioner working with her is/are not licensed medical professionals, they do not diagnose conditions, nor does she/they prescribe medicines, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that Alicia Ochoa and/or her assistants will be placing hands on me energetically during the private session, and except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representatives agree to fully release and hold harmless Alicia Ochoa or anyone working under Eternal Love n Light, Energy Healing, volunteers/assistants, from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my session(s).
I understand that the results vary from person to person and I have to make the effort to make changes in my life to see maximum results. I take full responsibility for the unfolding of this type of healing and the results. If I am not happy I understand that I am entitled to 50% refund of the total that I have paid within a 30 day period. I understand that I can only request a refund up to 30 days from the date of the session. I also understand that this applies to in-person and distance healings for personal and individual sessions.
