2025 Holly & Doug Brooks Membership Grant Form
The Northern Texas PGA Foundation is excited to announce a new partnership with Holly & Doug Brooks. This partnership will identify young people in the Northern Texas area who have a passion for the game of golf, but lack the financial means to join the Northern Texas PGA Junior Tour. The Holly & Doug Brooks Membership Grant funds for junior golfers to cover the cost of Northern Texas PGA Junior Tour membership as well as tournament entry fees. Funds are limited and applications are need based.

Eligible juniors must complete the below form. Once it is completed, an NTPGA staff member will review all submissions and award Junior Tour membership and tournament credit to select applicants. If the Junior is already a registered member, tournament credit will be applied to their account.
