The Northern Texas PGA Foundation is excited to announce an enhanced partnership with former Ewing Automotive NTPGA Junior Tour member Scottie Scheffler. This partnership will identify young people in the Northern Texas area who have a passion for the game of golf, but lack the financial means to join the Ewing Automotive NTPGA Junior Tour and participate in All American Tour events. The Scottie Scheffler Grant funds for junior golfers to cover the cost of Northern Texas PGA Junior Tour membership as well as All American Tour tournament entry fees. Funds are limited and applications are need based.
Scheffler, a Dallas native, is a former Ewing Automotive NTPGA Junior Tour member. He competed on the junior tour from 2002 to 2010. During that time he played in a total of 136 events. Scheffler began on the NTPGA player pathway competing in Prep Tour events, then making his way to the Medalist Tour and eventually the All American Tour. This donation is one of many ways Scheffler is giving back to the NTPGA Foundation.
Eligible juniors must complete the below form. Once it is completed, an NTPGA staff member will review all submissions and award Junior Tour membership and tournament credit to select applicants. If the Junior is already a registered member, tournament credit will be applied to their account. Please email Tommy Hoegsberg, Coordinator of Junior Tour Operations, at thoegsberg@ntpga.com with any questions.
