Ride Operations

Our rides operations team are one of the most guest facing teams on the park.
They are responisble for helping our guests safely expereince the rides and attractions we have on offer delivering a memorable day out.

We have a thorough training programme for our ride operations team to ensure they are able to confidently operate our attractions safetly. When you start with us we work to your strengths and will assign you a ride team so you can grow your experience. Typically you would start on the smaller rides or assist on the larger ones. Throughout your training you will be required to show competence and knowledge of all the safety protocols.

Your typical day will involve:

• Carrying out pre operational ride safety checks ensuring rides and attractions are safe and presentable.
• Maintaining impecable levels of ride and attraction cleanliness before, during and after operation.
• Checking guests comply with safety regulations in relations to height, health and behaviour.
• Operating rides and attractions inline with manuals and training.
• The immediate reporting of any faults or occurances outside of the attractions normal operation.
• Engaing with guests at every opportunity to deliver amazing guest experiences.
• Supporting the park presentation team with litter picking and park presentation team litter picking and park cleanliness.
• Carrying out post operational ride checks ensuring rides and attractions are left in a safe and presentable condition.

Food & Beverage

Food & beverage makes up an important part of the the overall guest experience. The team are tasked with delivering great quality food in huge volumes and at pace all whilst following our strict food safety policies. As a guest facing team, guest intereraction is vital to offer excellent service.

We will assess each of you to best match you to an outlet team. From there you will go through rigourous online and practical training where you will get to prepare and taste the products we produce.

We need people who:

• Love the rush of working in a busy, fast paced enviroment and can also utilise quieter periods to undertake cleaning and restocking tasks.

Your typical day will involve:

• Performing pre opening and pre service food safety checks ensuring the outlets are clean and safe to operate.
• Cooking and preparing food both in batches and to order.
• Monitor and logging temperatures for mid service food safety checks.
• Demonstrating a detailed knowledge of the menu and allergens.
• Engage with guests whilst taking orders utilising upselling and cross selling techniques to maximise spend.
• Managing stock and minimising food waste.
• Serving food to waiting guests delivering an excellent guest experience.
• Cleaning and closing down the oulets performing end of service and closing food safety checks.

Admissions & Retail

Giving our guests an amazing start to their day is a really important job, so as the first and quite often last team members our guests will see, we want high energy enthusiastic people.

Your typical day will involve:

• Meeting and greeting our guests at the entrance.
• Selling tickets from the booths using our EPOS system.
• Scaning tickets and QR codes with a hand held scanner.
• Restocking and merchandising retail displays in our gift shop.
• Upselling products such as on ride photography packages in our photo booths.
• Delivering excellent customer service at point of sale.
• Assiting guests and asking and answering questions about their day.
• Helping maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Cleaning and litter picking in the admissions area.

Park Presentation

Our park presentation team are right at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on keeping our park litter free and having the highest standard of cleanliness in our facilities. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about presentation and really care about the guest experience.

We need people who:

• Will take pride in maintaning a clean and attractive environment for our guests.
• Enjoy engaging with guests and colleagues, offering assistance when needed and going the extra mile.

Your typical day will involve:

• Cleaning and restocking toilet facilities.
• Emptying rubbish bins accross park and disposing of waste centrally.
• Assisting guests answering and asking questions about their day.
• Attending calls for hygiene incidents.
• Managing cleaning stock levels.
• Litter picking accross park.
• Assisting with car park management and crowd control.
• Monitoring of facilities and reporting any damage, leaks or faults.
• Assisting with grounds mainentance.
• Supporting the commercial teams with waste collections and facilities related issues.

First Aid

Being ready to respond when needed to assist our staff and guests in a calm and reasuring manor is the priority for our first aid team. We are looking for expereienced and knowledgeable first aiders who have a natural will to help people.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Holder of a valid First Aid At Work Certificate
• Expereince working in a front-line customer facing environment.
• Excellent people and communication skills.

Your typical day will involved:

• Meeting and greeting guests on entry.
• Supporting the admissins team in guding customers to the correct points of entry.
• Respondonding to first aid incidents in a timely manor.
• Supporting the park presentation team with litter picking and park cleanliness.
• Incident reporting.
• Having a presence around the park making yourself available to assist guests.
• Monitoring guest behaviour to ensure they are acting safely.
• Assisting with car park management and crowd control.

Security

Ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and feel safe during their visit is the key function of our security team. We are looking for expereicned SIA licenced security staff who are great with people to join our team.

Your typical day will involve:

• Meeting and greeting our guests on entry.
• Supporting the admissions team in guiding customers to the correct points of entry.
• Staffing the main gate ensuring all guests entering the park have valid tickets.
• Intervening through the use of careful people management skills in situations of anti social behaviour or other incidents.
• Supporting the park presentation team with litter picking and park cleanliness.
• Incident reporting.
• Assisting with car park management and crowd control.
• Monitoring guest behaviour across the park to ensure they acting appropriatly for a family theme park.

Entertainments

Our entertainments team are are here to make sure our guests have an amazing and memorable visit. They are honoured with the important role of chaperoning everyones favourite bear, Woody, as he makes his way around the park meeting and greeting all of our guests.

We need people who:

Your typical day will involve:

• Continually engaging with guests to deliver amazaing and memorable guest experiences.
• Performing in character costume across the park throughout the day.
• Chaperoning Woody Bear around the park aiding him with guest interaction.
• Providing and assisting with photo opportunities.
• Assisting guests answering and asking questions about their day.
• Promoting a welcoming, fun and exciting atmosphere.
• Supporting the park presentation team with litter picking and park cleanliness.
• Assisting with crowd control.
