El Rancho Waikanae Polish School Camp Registration 2025
It's that time of the year again. Once again we welcome families to the highlight of the Polish School year. Please use this form to sign up for camp at El Rancho Waikanae from 3pm Friday the 14th until 2pm Sunday 16th February 2025 . Fill in one form per family or an additional form if there are more than 6 campers in your family; You will receive an email confirmation, details and an invoice when all sign ups are finalized. We are happy to announce that the cost of all breakfasts and lunches will be covered through a grant from the Polish Charitable and Educational Trust (POLCET). There will be a further discount for families who participated in the Polish Christmas Market Sausage sizzle and led the movie fundraiser. Proceeds from the fundraisers will go towards costs for all extra activities at the camp. Additional thanks to Orleta, The Polish Association and to the Polish embassy in Wellington for their generous contribution to this years Biwak.

This fee includes all scheduled and free activities, accommodation, 2x breakfasts and 2x lunches for each camper. Please bring a food contribution for the shared Saturday evening dinner.
Ages 4 and over years, $50 each per camper for one night only under 4 no charge
This fee includes all scheduled and free activities, accommodation, 1 x breakfast and 1x lunch for each camper. Please bring shared meal contribution if staying Saturday night only.
Ages 4 and over years, $20 each per person for day visit (Saturday or Sunday) under 4 no charge
This fee includes all scheduled and free activities and 1x lunch for each visitor. Please bring shared meal contribution if staying for Saturdays shared dinner
Ages 4 and over years, Horse Riding Option, $20 per camper
This optional activity is only available to campers of up to 70kg
