Your submission recognizes that you understand and agree that Family United Music Group or any affiliate, staff or employee of Family United Records, LLC will not be held liable for any injury or harm that your child may encounter during their attendance in this program.

No strenous activities or rigorous actions or motions are required to participate in this program, however first aid is provided at the discretion of Family United Records, LLC, it's employees, staff and/or affiliates in the event an injury occurs. Hospitalization will be provided to your child where deemed necessary and parent conact will be made.

Camp Registration$25.00

Camp registration is $25 per child. Each student is required to have their own individual registration form.

Full Time Camp Enrollment$120.00

Full time registration cost is $120/week per child. Sibling discounts apply. Camp hours are from 9am-4pm. Monday-Friday. Extended hours available. Lunch and snack provided. Camp will be closed on Christmas day, December 25, 2023 and on New Years day, January 1, 2024.

Part Time Camp Enrollment$75.00

Part time registration cost is $75 per child. You may choose part time hours from 9am-1pm or 12-4pm, Monday-Friday. Lunch provided. Camp will be closed on Christmas Day, December 25, 2023 and on New Year's day, January 1, 2024.

Extended Care Enrollment$35.00

Extended camp cost is $35 per child. Extended camp hours are from 7:30-9am and 4-5:30pm, Monday-Friday. Camp will be closed on Christmas day, December 25, 2023 and on New Years day, January 1, 2024. Breakfast and snack provided.
