EVENT INFORMATION:

An All Day Free Community Event
December 26th-29th 2025, Doors 6:30pm
At WorldBeat Cultural Center
2100 Park Blvd. San Diego, CA 92101

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

- Set-up is at 5:30pm
-Vending hours are 6:30pm - 9:00 pm. (Vending can continue until end of show at 9PM)
-Vendors should arrive for set up beginning at 8:00pm *NOT EARLIER*
-Must arrive no later than 6:00pm
-Vendors are responsible for all equipment including table, chairs, and electrical cords.
-Please be advised that vending booths may be some distance from off-loading area (the curb) and require that you carry vending items to booth.
-Each year Kwanzaa reaches capacity so vending space is limited (both in size and quantity). Space is limited to one 6ft table, please be prepared to accomodate your product and presentation.-No vending of smoking (including cannabis) or alcohol paraphernalia permitted.

-ABSOLUTELY NO SELLING OF FOOD OR DRINKS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WATER, SODA and ALCOHOL.

APPLICATION PROCESS:
1. Submit an online application including vending fee. Vendor cost is $30 each day
2. Jotform will send you a confirmation that the application was received.
3. Once your application is approved you will receive a final email from WorldBeat Center.
