Please include below your website and/or social media page links. We also require at least 3 product photos and a booth shot. If you are a new vendor and do not have a booth shot, please add that note at the bottom of the form. Applications without product photos will not be approved.

Please read the following and initial in the box below, stating you understand and agree to the following:

• I understand that I am choosing to participate in the 2024 Bee Cave Holiday Market at my own risk and hereby release Bee Cave Holiday Market, Jennifer Kloss, Penny V Productions, or the Hill Country Galleria from any liability arising from this event or the use of HCG premises for those purposes. I further agree to hold the above parties harmless from any accident, incident, injury, death or damage arising from my use of HCG premises during an event. Such indemnity adhere to the rules and regulations included in this application as well as the rules and regulations outlined on the Bee Cave Holiday Market website.

• In the event that my tent or any part my of booth causes damage elsewhere, I will be responsible for those damages. I understand parking is available at the designated vendor parking. Parking information will be provided prior to market.

• The vendor understands there are NO REFUNDS if they cancel or no show. Once their participation date or dates are confirmed and payment is processed they are immutable. ***If Bee Cave Holiday Market cancels for any reason, and the vendor has made a payment, they will move that payment to the next market the vendor is scheduled or refund the booth fee.
