Hello everyone!
My name is Lian (she/her) and I was adopted from Changsha, China in 1992. Throughout the years, my experience as an adoptee has shaped me every step of the way. One way I have processed the emotions/thoughts/feelings has been through my yoga practice. Breath work, meditation, and movement have allowed me to sit with my thoughts and emotions, as well as has been a healing tool for me.
I invite adoptees only to attend these virtual yoga events. This will be a gentle yoga flow class followed by 1 hour of meeting/greeting and discussion. The intention of this class is to continue to grow support for the adoption community and provide a safe space for adoptees to share their unique stories and experiences. The class will incorporate meditation, breath work and gentle yoga postures. BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME!

What to Bring:
-yoga mat/towel
-pillows/blocks/blankets if they are available- but not mandatory!
-water/ make yourself a tea or coffee for chatting after class :)
