Bluxe Creations Policies and Contract Form
Thank you for creating an Order with Bluxe Creations. We greatly appreciate your business, and we're excited to provide you with exceptional digital products. Our company has a few policies that you must review as a standard procedure, and a signature is required before you receive your order. Please begin by reviewing our policies below.
1. We will provide you with two samples of the order you requested, and you have the option to choose the best sample. To request changes, you can make up to two changes to your product due to time and production costs. (If you are unsatisfied with your digital product, then you will have the option to select another service/style or cancel the order within the same business day you expressed dissatisfaction with your order.)
2. Bluxe Creations has a NO refund policy. You are required to communicate any dissatisfaction or changes to the digital product/products you requested during the same business day that you recieve your digital product(s) for edits before finalizing your order. (You are entitled to a cancelation for disinterest or dissatisfaction that complies with our cancelation policy during that SAME business day.)
3. Bluxe Creations has a strict cancelation policy. Cancelations must be submitted no later than three days after you submit your INITIAL order if you’re no longer interested in our services. This only applies to orders not yet processed, so NO cancellations are permitted after three days.
For unsatisfactory orders, cancelations MUST occur the SAME day you receive a digital product you are unsatisfied with.
In our cancellation policy, if you request a cancelation, your money will be refunded in 3-5 business days. You cannot request cancellations after three days for initial orders that have yet to be processed, and if you are unsatisfied with your order and want to cancel, then you must cancel on the SAME day you receive the finalized product back from us.
(And you cannot cancel if you have made a final approval for your product.)
4. You will have up to three days to complete edit requests on your order, or your order will be canceled due to time and production costs. We want to provide quality and efficient service, so punctuality and communication are required.
5. All samples and finalized orders will have a watermark displayed on the order until the day after you approve the design to honor the cancelation policy. After the day of your approval, then all watermarks will be removed, and you will own the design.
