LEAD Congregational Values Survey
As part of the Wake Up Process in LEAD, we are learning about the identity of our congregation in Christ. To do that we need to find our congregation's core values. And we need your help with this. Core values consist of Core Beliefs (deepest values of the church), Core Convictions (the values that are specific to each congregation) and Core Practices (the values that need to evolve and change over the years). We would love for you to go through this list of values and let us (the LEAD team) know which ones fit St. Luke as you see our congregation at this moment in time. Please try not to overthink it.

Once we have this list narrowed down to the top 20 values, the LEAD team will host a luncheon in January to discuss and narrow to the top 4 values. A zoom option will also be available. Please let us know if you would prefer in person or zoom.
