THINGS TO KNOW CONTRACT
This document provides a summary of important information regarding your cruise vacation.
Payment Dates:
January 12, 2024 $100.00 per person (deposit is non-refundable)
March 1, 2024 FINAL PAYMENT
**Additional Payments can be made at anytime**
**Reservations without a minimum of $100 (per person) by January 17, 2024 are subject to cancellation.
**Reservations Not paid in full by the final payment due date are subject to a $35.00 late fee. Seven (7) days after final payment, booking is subject to cancellation.
PAYMENTS: We accept cash, check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Carnival Gift Cards.

The use of coupons may be restricted due to the special discounted group rate.
Carnival Protection Plan: We recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in case the unexpected does occur. This travel insurance provides coverage for such events as trip cancellation, interruption, damaged baggage, and medical expenses. Some restrictions and limitations do apply. Please see your Carnival brochure or call PHP Travel for more details. The cost of the Cruise Care Vacation Insurance starts at $50.00 per passenger.
Travel Documents: U.S. citizens taking “closed-loop” cruises (sailings that both originate and terminate in the same U.S. port) are not required to have a passport, but will need proof of citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, a passport card, an enhanced driver’s license (EDL) as well as a government-issued photo ID. It is the responsibility of all non-U.S. citizens to check with the local immigration office, embassy, or consulate to determine documentary requirements.
There are no refunds if a passenger is denied boarding the ship for lack of proper documents.
Cancellation Policy: All Deposits are Non-refundable and Non-Transferable
January 15, 2024 – March 1, 2024 ~ Full refunds (minus non-refundable deposit)
After March 3, 2024 ~ Full Penalty (No cruise refunds or Transfers)
All Deposit payments are NON-REFUNDABLE due to contractual agreement. Exception to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, deployment, personal or medical emergencies. There are no exceptions to the policy.

By signing up with PHP Travel, you waive all liability of PHP Travel, the operator, and all members affiliated with as such. Your booking means you agree to hold PHP Travel, Trenca Rudder and affiliates harmless for any actions or any of your actions before, during and after the travel. By signing up, you also accept that all images still and video, taken on, before, or after the cruse, become property of PHP Travel and the operator. These pictures can be used for any purpose to promote future PHP Travel, memorabilia, and whatever the operator deems useful. You waive any and all claims to any images, any royalties or proceeds that may come from their use. You understand the ship/venue is considered a "public area" and consent to pictures being taken and may be used for commercial, promotional, or any other purposes. By booking, you claim that you are a reasonable, responsible legal adult, and will only consume alcohol if you are of the legal age in the state of Florida and will abide by the code of ethics of the travel partners, cruise lines, etc. By booking, I understand and agree to be subject to any cancellation or amendment penalties imposed by the tour, vendor, operators, or agency
Not Included: Items not part of the cruise vacation price includes (though not limited to); optional shore tours, wines/liquor/soft drinks, gambling, gratuities, laundry and items of a personal nature.
Guests with Special Needs: Carnival requires notification of any special medical, physical conditions (including pregnancy) or other requirements of passengers at the time of booking. Please inform PHP Travel of any special needs when making your reservations.
