This session starts January 22nd. Classes will run for 7 weeks every Thursday from 4:30pm-5:30pm for Cheerleading and 5:30pm-6:30pm for Jazz through March 5th. These classes are open to boys and girls ages 6 to 12. Location: Movement by La Vie 1219 Morena Blvd San Diego, CA 92110.

These classes are a great way for your child to express their creativity. All of the instructors are amazing and trained in these dance styles, have experience working with kids, and always make sure the kids are having fun and learning. Padded gymnastics mats are used in the Cheerleading class. The studio is clean, has a AC, restrooms, and parking.

After submitting this registration form you will be directed to our booking page to reserve your child's spot and submit your $135 payment. You have the option to pay the entire amount upfront, or select our payment plan to pay in weekly installments. When creating an account and reserving your child's spot in class please sign up with YOUR CHILD'S NAME. If you prefer to pay another way, such as cash or Venmo, please email us at facilitydancecompany@gmail.com and let us know. If you have siblings taking a class together, and/or you have a child taking more than one class with us - email us for a discount. We can only give that discount if you email us letting us know. After you submit this registration form you will also recieve a copy from Jot Form sent to the email you provided on this form. Upon completion of the registration form and payment you will receive a confirmation email from us sent to the email you provided on this form. Please check your email for any and all updates. No refunds. Registration will close once classes have reached capacity.

When dropping your child off, a parent/guardian must walk them into the front of the studio and hand them off to one of our staff. Arrive a little early to class to park and check in. When picking up your child we will dismiss them only when you have arrived to ensure a safe and secure pick up. Please be on time for pick up. Parking - You can park in the parking spots directly in front of the studio, but NOT in front of the other businesses to the left of the studio. You can park in the parking lot down the alley right behind the studio. You can park in the parking lot of San Diego Mental Health Services directly across the street from the studio ONLY AFTER 5PM. You can also find street parking.

Please have your child bring a pre-filled water bottle to stay hydrated. Make sure your child is dressed comfortably and appropriately in clothes that are easy to move in and tennis shoes/sneakers or optional jazz shoes - No Crocs, flip flops, or sandals. If your child is sick please have them stay home. If your child misses a day of class we can not issue any refunds or make-up classes for days missed. No gum, food, or toys. Parents are allowed to watch the first class. But after that, class will not be open for parent observation. We do not have parents sitting in class each week as to not distract the children and to not crowd the dance room. Parents are welcome to sit in the lobby.
