Innovation Fellowship Think Tank Application

The AMS year-long Innovation Fellowship Think Tank Program offers a deeply immersive and transformative experience for Montessori leaders who are committed to driving meaningful change for the Montessori community while protecting the integrity of Montessori pedagogy and practice.

The Innovation Fellowship Think Tank Program bridges research-based concepts and creative, innovative ideas into practice.

We look forward to reading your applications for this second year of the program.

Acceptance in the AMS Innovation Fellowship Think Thank requires full participation in the following program components:
- Attendance at the AMS Labposium, January 10 – 13, 2024 in San Diego, CA, is encouraged
- Regular (at least monthly) communication and participation in Think Tank activities with the goal of creating an actionable plan that can be shared with the AMS community
- Active participation in an online forum via AMS platform
- Participation in a minimum of three Saturday sessions, dates to be determined
- Completion of a year-long project on a topic to be determined by the fellows in consultation with facilitators and advisory group
- Must commit to a whole year of participation February 2024 – January 2025
