While we strive to keep everyone happy and healthy during their stay, emergencies do happen sometimes. In the unfortunate situation of emergency, please tell us what course of action you'd like us to take while we contact you:*

Do everything in your power to help my pet while you contact me, this includes CPRMinimal action (keep my pet comfortable but do not perform any major procedures)Do not give any medications or perform any procedures without contacting me.
The Bird and Exotic Hospital (TBEH) has staff during the following hours:

Monday-Saturday: 8 AM - 7 PM

Sunday: 9 AM - 6 PM
I understand that TBEH does not have continuous staffing outside of the above listed hours, or on major holidays.*

While the staff of TBEH will do their best effort to keep al personal belongings labeled and organized, misplacing and breaking them can happen sometimes. If you are very attached to a particular item we encourage you to leave it at home. We can provide bowls, blankets, etc.
I understand that TBEH will not be responsible for replacing any lost or damaged personal items brought with my pet for their stay.*

While we take every step to keep everyone safe during their stay accidents happen, particularly with fully flighted birds and very nervous animals. In the event of an injury, The Bird and Exotic Hospital will not be responsible for any illness or injury that may occur while at our facility; all costs for any treatments required as a result are the owner’s responsibility and will be due when the pet is released. Specifically in the event of a hurricane, all efforts will be made to ensure that all pets are as safe and well cared for as possible. However, there is no guarantee that any of our staff will be able to be at the clinic during dangerous times and difficult travel conditions. The Bird and Exotic Hospital is not responsible for any injury, loss, or death due to natural disaster conditions.*
