I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that in order to qualify for the pre-season income tax loan, I am required to become a client of OBSIDIAN FIRM, LLC. This includes having OBSIDIAN FIRM, LLC prepare and file my income tax return for the current tax year.

I understand that:

1. The pre-season income tax loan is subject to approval by OBSIDIAN FIRM, LLC.
2. No credit check will be conducted as a part of the loan qualification process.
3. The loan amount is contingent upon the anticipated tax refund based on the information provided during tax preparation.
4. The loan will be disbursed to me via PRE-PAID DEBIT CARD once my information is entered into OBSIDIAN FIRM, LLC tax software and accepted by the relevant tax authorities.

I am responsible for providing accurate and truthful information for both the loan qualification and tax preparation processes.

Any discrepancies or inaccuracies may result in the denial of the loan or legal consequences.
Agreement Terms:

I agree to become a client of OBSIDIAN FIRM, LLC for the current tax year and authorize the preparation and filing of my income tax return by OBSIDIAN FIRM, LLC.

I understand that by signing below, I am entering into an agreement to repay the pre-season income tax loan in accordance with the terms outlined by OBSIDIAN FIRM, LLC.
