Personal Training. In Person in Eagle Idaho or via Zoom
GROUP COACHING PROGRAMS (held twice a year)
- The Peak Week 5 Day Shred (lose a lot of weight and learn a lot) 7 day program.
- The Signature Weight Loss Program - I will teach you exactly how to lose weight in a way that is sustainable and easy to incorporate into your life
- Tight28 - a 28 day program that is gluten, dairy, sugar, soy free. If food intolerances are stalling your weight loss this is for you. If sugar is an issue, this program is for you. We also start to explain which exercise works best for fat loss.
- Muscle Month- To gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. The science and importance of muscle building. Nutrition and training routines, many sessions are filmed in my gym.
- Mastering Midlife - How to rock your body composition in midlife and beyond. This is an indepth program and although all my programs stand alone, the experience is better if you have completed the Siganture Program
- Accountability Program - this is an option that runs alongside all of my program, with an extra call per week and accountability worksheets to complete to keep you ontrack. I have a limit to how many people I can on as accountability clients
