You must be 18 years of age or older for this travel destination. To complete your booking a deposit along with a copy of your passport is required.

*If requesting a new passport, a copy of your government ID is acceptable until your passport is received; be sure the name on your ID matches the name that will be listed on your passport, failure to provide Travel Klub the accurate name may cause trip interuption with denied airport boarding or hote check-in. Passport copy must be received 3 months before travel.

Payment Schedule

You will receive an invoice monthly for the remaining trip balance, the final payment is due no later than August 1, 2026

Additional Terms

Travel Insurance is highly recommended; all deposits and payments made for group travel bookings are non-refundable. If plans change, please reach out to your travel advisor to see if your trip is eligible for transfer, some trips will not qualify for transfer. Prices are subject to change without notice, please book to reserve your price. A reservation that has gone 14 days past the due date will be cancelled. If using a coupon or referral promotion, the discount is deducted from your last payment; only 1 promotion allowed per booking and cannot be combined with other promotions. By completing this form, I acknowledge all information is correct, it is the traveler’s responsibility to provide Travel Klub with any changes to their contact information. If not using Roommate matching, it is the traveler’s responsibility to provide Travel Klub your Roommate name and ensure your roommate is making their payments. Roommate matching is completed after full payment of your trip. A credit card is required at check in for hotel incidentals. Prices are in US dollars.

Airline Advisory: If w/flight option selected the departure airport will be LAX or DFW. Airline Itinerary will be emailed at least 75 days prior to the tour departure. Airfare is non-transferable. Airfare is subject to change until full payment of the airfare has been received. Once full payment has been received a ticket confirmation will be issued, contact the airline for information on seat assignments and baggage fees. It is recommended to arrive at the airport 4 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
