I, First Name Last Name , am paying Breanna Thayer (The Face Bar by Bree) for a Brazilian wax training course and understand that by no means does the certificate I received at my course allow me to provide paid services to clients without being properly licensed through The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. I am also aware that this course is only to provide me knowledge and extra education I may use while performing services to my clients once licensed. The time spent in this course does not replace the proper educational hours needed through the state of Texas. Upon paying the $200 booking deposit to save my training course date, I understand that it is my responsibility to pay the remaining balance of $200 in-cash to Breanna Thayer (The Face Bar by Bree) on my scheduled date and before my course begins. If I chose to cancel/no-show my course at anytime after the deposit is paid, I understand that I will be releasing my right to request a refund of the $200 booking deposit from Breanna Thayer (The Face Bar by Bree) and any items that were ordered for my course will be kept by Breanna Thayer in order to cover lost supply/time/travel costs. If a reschedule of my course is needed, it is my responsibility as the student to communicate with Breanna Thayer via formal text message to request a rescheduled date. I understand that a rescheduled date can be refused by Breanna Thayer (The Face Bar by Bree) if not given a minimum of seven days advance notice. I may only reschedule once with the same deposit at the discretion of Breanna Thayer (The Face Bar by Bree).
