  • Thank you for your interest in hosting a club fundraiser! To help us support your event and ensure everything runs smoothly, please complete this form at least 4 weeks before your desired start date. This timeframe allows for:

    • Review and approval of your fundraiser
    • Ordering or purchasing any required supplies
    • Coordinating logistics, such as space reservations, advertising, and staffing needs

    Submitting the form early helps prevent delays and increases the likelihood that your fundraiser will be approved on time.

  • Who is responsible for collecting and submitting the funds, along with all required paperwork, to the Primary SGA Advisor (Angela Brice)? Please note that all funds must be submitted to the Primary Advisor before they can be deposited. Any attempt to bypass this process will delay the availability of funds for your club or organization.*
