OKT Lighting USA RMA Policy for Shipping Damage
1. Customers must report shipping damage within 2 days of receiving the product. Damage reported beyond the stipulated time frame may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
2. To initiate a shipping damage RMA, customers must fill out the RMA form providing necessary details and photographic evidence of the damage. Products damaged / loss due to shipping will be replaced or refunded, subject to inspection and verification by our team.
3. Products damaged due to customer mishandling or negligence may not be covered under this policy.
4. Customers are liable for urgent replacement shipment costs, OKT is only responsible for standard LTL freight or UPS ground charges within the lower 48 states. If urgent replacement shipment is requested, customers will be billed for the shipping cost difference.
5. OKT Lighting USA is only liable for customer prepaid and freight allowance shipping method.
6. The receiver is responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery and filing any shortage or damage claims directly with the carrier within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to submit a timely carrier claim may result in denial of the RMA request, and OKT Lighting USA may be unable to process replacement, credit, or refund requests.
