    Thank you for submitting your travel form inquiry to Time Freedom Travel Co. We appreciate your interest in our services and the opportunity to assist you in planning your vacation!

     

    This service is open to anyone (all genders) and are fit for:

    Your research fee payment ($35 for Standard or $70 for Rush) includes:

    -3 Pricing Quotes

    -Managing Payments

    -Our Time In Planning, Researching, Negotiating, and Booking Travel Arrangements

    -Constant Communication Regarding Trip Details and COVID Updates

    -Delivery of Trip Documents 2 Weeks Prior To Departure

     

    Reduced Deposits
     We are pleased to inform you that we have a fantastic selection of vendors who offer reduced deposits for our travel packages. With an initial deposit of $300-$600 per person, you can secure your vacation reservation and make gradual payments at your convenience. Please be advised all rates/availability are subject to change.

    **Please note that Puerto Rico does not have any All Inclusive Options but we have a variety of Resort options that offer food and drinks in the area** 

      

    Please allow 3-5 business days for a quote (unless you purchase a rush fee.)

  • For an all-inclusive vacation (i.e. islands in the Caribbean like Jamaica, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Aruba, etc.), your price will include your roundtrip flight, all-inclusive hotel, roundtrip airport transportation, and food and drinks. Standard pricing may start around $1000 and up per person. Other Destinations such as Turks & Caicos will be a minimum of $2200 per person.

    We will always try our best to find a trip of value, and keep your budget in mind. However, if your budget is below standard pricing, it may be difficult to provide an option within your budget. We will contact you to go over other options ONLY if we are unable to find anything within your price range.


    Optional Travel Protection
    We highly recommend Travel Insurance, which is a vital part of your travel arrangements. Insurance protects you, your trip and your travel investment.

    Travel suppliers, airline carriers, or travel agencies do not compensate any of your unforeseen expenses in the event of cancellation or failure to make your trip (missed flights, cruises, etc.), lost baggage, loss of health, death and/or accidents or emergency evacuation due to illness, natural disasters or acts of terrorism.

    We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing a travel insurance policy for the duration of your journey. 

    Should you decide not to purchase travel insurance, you must sign a travel insurance waiver and assume sole financial liability for all direct and indirect consequences and costs resulting from events occurring before or during the trip.

    Please also be aware that a Valid US Passport is required for all International Travel by Air and must be valid for 6 months after the departure of your trip

    Note: Travel Insurance Waivers are required for all trip transactions.

    The Client does not have the right to demand compensation from the travel agency for any unforeseen expenses incurred as a direct result of cancellation or failure to make your trip, lost baggage, loss of health, death, accidents and/or emergency evacuation due to natural disasters or acts of terrorism, if the travel agency is not the direct and immediate cause and reason for these expenses. This is also valid if the travel agency did not separately offer to you the possibility to buy travel insurance for other services bought and did not clarify the possible consequences of not having such insurance.

    **Insurance cost is non-refundable.

  • Please Read Before Paying
    Must be at least 18 years old in order to book this service.
    We highly encourage you to research and review entry requirements (testing requirement, vaccine requirement, etc.) prior to booking any of the services listed above. 

    Please ensure that everything you've completed is as accurate as possible to alleviate you having to pay any change fees.


    After providing a quote, the quote can only be modified TWICE, before a modification fee of $15 per modification will commence. This includes but is not limited to change of dates, change of travelers, change of locations, change of resort/hotel options, etc. Therefore, please consult with your party before submitting the form. 


    After booking your trip, if you choose to change any aspect of your trip (dates, # of travelers, destination, flights, etc), a fee of $25 per change will be charged by Time Freedom Travel in addition to the fee charged by the resort/airline. 


    After your deposit is paid, final payments are usually due 30-45 days prior to travel, so if your travel dates are within 30-45 days, the full payment would need to be paid at the time of booking.


    Also upon moving forward with booking, there will be a $50 booking fee per person at the time of reservation.


    All planning sales (fees) are final and nonrefundable. No exceptions. Again, before paying, please review the summary of line items below to review your purchase.
