Kindly Note:

Requests and consultation forms are viewed on our business days, tuesday and thursdays. In response, you will receive a text from Oddity Studio within a few days, providing guidance and our online booking link to request an appointment, if a request hasn't been received.

Generally, new guests are able to get on our books within 4-6 weeks of appointment request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen.

Your appointment will begin with a full consultation to refine the plan for service.

By completing this form, I understand that I am submitting an appointment request and price inquiry.

I understand that Oddity Studio has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. I will give 48 hour notice if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment. If I do so within a 24 hour or less window, there will be a cancellation fee of up to 50% of my booked service. I may be suspended from booking future appointments.
