Defective Warranty Claim

RMA Policy for Limited 5-Year Warranty.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

1. Products eligible for the limited 5-year warranty will be repaired, replaced, or refunded if they develop defects due to manufacturing faults within the specified warranty period.

2. Customers must follow the RMA process to claim warranty coverage.

3. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

4. OKT Lighting is not liable for labor reimbursement for replacing defective fixtures.

5. OKT Lighting will only refund on discontinued products or replacing with the most updated version.

6. Clearance items sales are final, they are not warranted by OKT Lighting.

7. OKT Lighting covers warranty replacements through UPS Ground or standard LTL shipping to the lower 48 U.S. states. Any additional shipping costs outside these areas will be billed to the customer.
