2026 iCash Agreement Form - Spring/Summer

For church staff/leaders to complete on behalf of their church. If you have questions on how iCash works, please check out Impact2818.org before completing this form, or reach out to registrar@impact2818.org or (888) 628-2818.
At your church's request, Impact 2818 will provide iCash codes for your church to use in providing scholarships to your campers. You will be billed for all codes that are used, including cancellations, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please complete the form below, stating that you agree to the following terms:
- At the end of season, Impact 2818 will mail a billing statement to the address I provide below for all codes that have been used for fall/winter event registrations.
- Payment for all used codes is due September 15, 2026.
- Payment is due for cancelled registrations and "no shows" in accordance with Impact 2818's cancellation policy. iCash does not waive cancellation fees. A registration cannot be transferred from one camper to another.
- A late fee of 2% of the balance due will be assessed monthly for payments that are not received by the due date.

You may request up to 3 levels (or values) of iCash.

Please state the number of uses you'd like each code to be good for, as well as the value of each code. For example, if your church is planning to cover half of the cost of camp for 10 or 12 kids, but you aren't sure exactly how many, you could request "12 uses @ 50%" on the first line. If there's a few campers you plan to offer more assistance, you could request "3 uses @ 100%" on the second line. Or any value that your church plans to offer their campers!
