CSA Hockey Helmet Program
Helmet orders are accepted from April 1 - December 1 annually. Deadline to order is December 7th, 2026.

Only one large order is placed before the Christmas break, filled based on supply/availability from the Cleve's warehouse and shipped via courier directly to you. Shipping generally takes 4-6 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE: This form will auto-generate an invoice. Please DO NOT PAY that invoice. You're welcome to keep it for your records but RFANS will issue, and email, you a separate invoice directly.
