RMA Policy for Cancelled Order Returns:

1) Customers can request a return for canceled orders, subject to specific conditions.

2) OKT will NOT charge a restocking fee for order cancellations made within 7 days of delivery (except for label swap and assembly orders). Any assembly order or label swap order will incur a standard 5% restocking fee (based on the total invoice amount).

3) Any order cancellation made beyond 7 days of delivery will incur a standard 5% restocking fee (based on the total invoice amount). 10% restocking fee for any assembly orders and label swap orders.

4) OKT will NOT accept any order cancellations beyond 30 days of delivery.

5) Prepaid label swap fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

6) Returns for canceled orders must adhere to the stipulated time frame (within 2 weeks of delivery) and condition requirements.

7) Clearance products are not returnable. A return is only considered complete upon receiving the original shipment.
