Time: 3:30pm to 7:00pm
Setup will begin at 10:30am Sunday morning, ending at 3:00 pm.
Location: Rockefeller Gardens, 25 Riverside Dr., Ormond Beach
500 samplings of your fare
No fee to participate
WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED
Full pre-event publicity for all restaurants involved.
2 – 8 foot tables with cloths – If you would like to provide your own please let us know in advance
Electric – 15 amp service – please provide extension cords, etc.
Flatware, 6” Plates, Linens
Beverages – Water, soda, beer & wine
Trash receptacles
Volunteer culinary student to help prep & serve
GUIDELINES
• If you plan to serve a soup please provide your own bowls and spoons.
• Please plan a small – but complete – plate.
• If you are interested in pairing your sampling with a beverage, please contact for approval
• We expect all restaurants to remain at the event for the duration of the event
• Your serving station MUST be set up by 3:30 pm.
• We ask that you send us your logo and photos of the food you'll be serving so that we can promote your restaurant!
• We are asking that each restaurant make a $50 deposit to secure participation. This will be returned to you on Monday, May 19.
• All restaurants are asked to contribute a restaurant gift card for our fundraiser
•It is highly recommended that you bring promotional materials and coupons to monitor return customers.
