I reply to enquiries & emails between Monday - Wednesday only.
I will respond to enquiries with the earliest date first so if your enquiry is for a few months away or the following year, I may take a couple weeks to respond to your enquiry. But rest assured I will respond to your email eventually.
If you haven't received a reply from me after a week (and your order date is quite soon), please check your spam folder first then either send me a DM on instagram @gingerloves.cake or send me an email to check I have received your email.
Once I have replied to your enquiry, if I have not heard from you or received a deposit within a few days, your enquiry will be cancelled as I will assume you will not be going ahead.
It would be appreciated if you could communicate that you will not be going ahead with the order. I promise I won't take it personally if you have found someone else! I appreciate a reply to my emails a lot more than being ghosted! 😆
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

Your order will not proceed until a deposit or payment is paid.
The balance of your cake must be paid in cash only upon collection or 4 days before delivery via direct deposit
*For Tasting Cupcakes - full payment is required to secure your order.
CANCELLATIONS

*For Tasting Cupcakes - payments are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel, you will be given a credit to apply to your next order.
CAKE CARE & CHANGES
❥ Please refer to the cake care guide which you should download & save before you collect your cake.
❥ Cake size & decorating generally cannot be changed within 7 days of your order. It might be possible to make small changes such as the cake message 3 days beforehand but please be aware I only check emails Mon - Wed so I may not see your change request.
