    All standard cake heights are approx. 4" - 4.5" tall.

    *Mini 4" cakes are only available in classic flavours; 4" mini cakes include complimentary cherries on top for vintage designs. 

     **Blessed Mess dome shaped cakes are only available in 5" or 7" domes.

    Tall & tiered cakes are priced individually and will be dependent on your requirements.
    🖤 Heart shape tiers are only available as a 2 tier to serve 35 dessert portions.

  • 🧁 Cake Tasting Cupcakes

    Available for pick up on selected dates.

    Place your order at least 10 days prior to the date. 

    Four (4) box options to choose from with 6 cupcake flavours. Perfect for tasting before a cake order or just because you want a little treat!

    Each cupcake is topped with the same French buttercream flavour I use for my cake fillings.

    I don’t offer cupcakes in general so this is your chance to grab them on when they are available!

     

    Please note: *Choc Swirl is only available for large cake orders; Choc Mud is only available for standard cake orders.

    PAYMENT: Once your order is submitted, I will send an email to confirm I have received your order. FULL PAYMENT is required to confirm your cupcake order - this payment is non-refundable. 

    CANCELLATION: If you have made a payment & decide to cancel, you will be a given credit to be applied to your next order.

  • DIGITAL CAKE SKETCH

    A digital sketch is an optional design service for clients who would like a visual reference before their order is finalised.

    Always happy to discuss your ideas and inspiration in general terms. More detailed design planning — including sketches — begins once a non-refundable design fee or deposit has been paid, so I can dedicate proper time and care to your design.

    For most orders, I design best directly while building your cake. Once your deposit is paid, we’ll confirm a clear design direction together including style, colours, tiers, and any other elements; and I’ll refine the details during creation to give you the best possible result.

    If you’d like a digital sketch for reassurance, this can be arranged for a $180 design fee. The design fee is non-refundable but is fully credited to your cake order if you proceed.

    The sketch is a concept guide for colours and overall direction. As the cake is decorated in real time, small refinements may occur to ensure the most balanced and beautiful final result.

    Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your digital sketch to be completed and sent.

    The design fee includes one digital sketch and one round of minor revisions. Additional sketches beyond this are $40 each.

    Please note: sketches are not available for Blessed Mess cakes, as these designs are intentionally abstract and evolve beautifully during the decorating process.

    Once you’re happy with the sketch and design details, a 50% deposit of your total cake cost is required to lock in your booking.

    The remaining balance must be paid on collection or before delivery.

  • CAKE MESSAGE

  • All messages will be piped unless you've chosen "Fondant Letters" in the Extras.


    For 6" cakes - approx. up to 4 words can be piped; approx. up to 3 words for fondant letters.
    For cake toppers - please indicate what kind of cake topper you'd like.
    For tiered cakes - some top tier sizes may be too small to fit long messages. I will advise if this will be an issue at the time of quoting.

  • PICK UP OR DELIVERY

  • Pick up location is in Marrickville, Sydney and is available Wednesday - Saturday between 8am-10am.

    Sunday pick up is only available for larger cake orders.

  • Delivery for Standard Cakes

    Standard cakes are delivered via Go People and delivered ANYTIME between 10:30am- 2:30pm (Wed - Fri ) or 11:30am - 3pm (Saturday).

  • Delivery for large cakes

    Large cakes are delivered by Ginger Loves Cake between 10am - 3pm, Wednesday - Sunday.

    PACKAGE INFO.

    Package pricing includes one standard menu flavour used across all tiers; additional fillings,

    decorative extras, ribbons and added fruit are available at an additional cost.

    Mini couple cake is for the couple with the wedding date as the cake message. It is not

    included in guest serving counts.

    Both the display cake and kitchen cake are served to guests. The display cake is used for

    presentation and ceremonial cutting, with remaining portions served alongside the

    undecorated kitchen cake.

    Coffee portions are approximately 1” × 1” × height (please refer to FAQs).

    Packages are fixed in structure and price.

    I reply to enquiries & emails between Monday - Wednesday only.
    I will respond to enquiries with the earliest date first so if your enquiry is for a few months away or the following year, I may take a couple weeks to respond to your enquiry. But rest assured I will respond to your email eventually.

    If you haven't received a reply from me after a week (and your order date is quite soon), please check your spam folder first then either send me a DM on instagram @gingerloves.cake or send me an email to check I have received your email.

    Once I have replied to your enquiry, if I have not heard from you or received a deposit within a few days, your enquiry will be cancelled as I will assume you will not be going ahead.

    It would be appreciated if you could communicate that you will not be going ahead with the order. I promise I won't take it personally if you have found someone else! I appreciate a reply to my emails a lot more than being ghosted! 😆

    DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

    Please read here for all deposit requirements. 

    Your order will not proceed until a deposit or payment is paid.

    The balance of your cake must be paid in cash only upon collection or 4 days before delivery via direct deposit

    *For Tasting Cupcakes - full payment is required to secure your order. 

    CANCELLATIONS

    Please read my cancellation process here.

    *For Tasting Cupcakes - payments are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel, you will be given a credit to apply to your next order. 

    CAKE CARE & CHANGES

    ❥ Please refer to the cake care guide which you should download & save before you collect your cake.
    ❥ Cake size & decorating generally cannot be changed within 7 days of your order. It might be possible to make small changes such as the cake message 3 days beforehand but please be aware I only check emails Mon - Wed so I may not see your change request.
