RMA Policy for Shortages.
1. Customers must report shipping shortages within 2 days of receiving the product. Shortages reported beyond the stipulated time frame may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
2. To initiate a shipping shortage RMA, customers must fill out the RMA form providing necessary details and photographic evidence of the damage. Products shortage due to shipping will be replaced, subject to inspection and verification by our team.
3. Products damaged due to customer mishandling or negligence may not be covered under this policy.
4. Customers are liable for urgent replacement shipment costs, OKT is only responsible for standard LTL freight or UPS ground charges within the lower 48 states. If urgent replacement shipment is requested, customers will be billed for the shipping cost difference.
5. OKT Lighting USA is only liable for customer prepaid and freight allowance shipping method.
